1 carton (8 ounces) reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Apple slices

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat the first five ingredients until blended. Stir in peanuts. Serve with apple slices. Refrigerate leftovers.

Delicious, crunchy, and full of peanut butter. This is my mother's recipe that I veganized by subbing in agave nectar for the honey.

Ingredients

2 cups peanut butter (some natural and some Jiffy)
1/2 cup agave nectar
3/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup wheat germ (for rolling)
2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup Grape-nuts cereal

Steps:

Stir all together in a large bowl.
Form into 1" balls and roll in extra 1/2 cup wheat germ.
If the mixture is too soft, then simply chill in fridge for an hour or more. These keep well in the fridge.

toasted coconut
your favourite chopped firm fruit (or dried fruit )
honey
raisins
almond extract
cinnamon

Steps:

Smooth method - Blender or electric hand mixer: blend together with any options till smooth.
Chunky Style method - using a wooden spoon, mix gently, then mix in any options.
Cover and refrigerate any unused portions.
