- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and milk. Cover and cook on high for 30-60 seconds or until marshmallows are melted; stir until smooth. Stir in raspberries. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill until set.

Steps:
- Dissolve jello powder in 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cold water, chill until syrupy.
- Heat the raspberries and juice.
- Add the marshmallows,stir until they are melted.
- Chill until thick.
- Fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip and partially thickened jello.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Chill, top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle a few droplets of red food coloring.
- Swirl with the tip of a knife.
- Optional: You may substitute strawberries if you wish.

- Stir 1 cup of the yogurt into the whipped topping until well blended. Remove 1 cup of the whipped topping mixture; cover and refrigerate for later use. Spoon remaining whipped topping mixture into 9-inch pie plate. With back of spoon, spread evenly onto bottom and up side of pie plate. Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Add raspberries, a few tablespoonfuls at a time, to marshmallow creme in medium bowl, beating with electric mixer on low speed or with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining 1 cup yogurt. Gently stir in reserved 1 cup whipped topping mixture until well blended.
- Spoon into whipped topping shell. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

- Spread melted baking chips onto bottom of crust. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). My sister gave me this recipe after making it for my baby shower. It was so good! You can substitute a graham cracker crust for the oreo crust. This would also be good with strawberries. We usually double this recipe and make in a 9X13 pan.

- In a large bowl, stir boiling juice into dry jello at least 3 minutes until jello is completely dissolved.
- Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring with a wire wisk after each addition until ice cream is completely melted.

This delicious pie uses frozen raspberries. The kids love the cookie cutter shapes on top. I came up with this one myself to help use all the raspberries I froze last summer. Top with cool whip or serve with ice cream.

Steps:
- In a kettle, combine frozen raspberries, sugar, tapioca and a little water (enough to cover bottom of pan); cook slowly until raspberries thaw. Cook and stir for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, cinnamon and sour cream.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cut top crust with cookie cutter shapes and arrange on top of filling.
- Sprinkle top with sugar.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and bake 35 minutes till crust is golden brown.
- Cool, then keep refrigerated.
