2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry gelatin
1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Lettuce leaves, optional
Miracle Whip, optional

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin; stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in cranberry sauce. Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice. Refrigerate until thickened, about 30 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into 12 squares; if desired, serve each with a lettuce leaf and a dollop of Miracle Whip.

1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
3 medium navel oranges, peeled and cut into segments
1/2 cup honey
Whipped cream, optional

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. Place reserved juice in a small saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin; let stand for 1 minute or until softened. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat., In a food processor, combine cranberries and oranges; cover and pulse until chunky. Add honey and pineapple; cover and pulse just until blended. Stir in juice mixture. Transfer to a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm., Unmold onto a serving platter. Serve with whipped cream if desired.

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup; pour into medium saucepan. Add cranberries, dry gelatin mix, sugar and pineapple; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 to 5 min. or until cranberries are softened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Cool 30 min.
  • Spoon cranberry relish into small bowl. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm. Stir before serving.

1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O or 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free cherry gelatin
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup and add water to make 1 cup of liquid.
  • In small saucepan, dissolve jello in the liquid.
  • Heat to boiling.
  • Remove from heat. Add cranberries and pineapple. Mix well.

1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
8 ounces crushed pineapple
14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
3 ounces lemon gelatin
1 lemon, juice of
1 cup ginger ale
3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Put the gelatin into a small bowl, drain the pineapple juice over it, stir to dissolve, set aside.
  • Bring the cranberry sauce, pineapple flesh, lemon gelatin, and lemon juice, to a boil with a pinch of salt. Simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in softened gelatin till smooth. Add ginger ale, stir in pecans. Cool to room temperature.
  • Grease, with vegetable oil, a 3-4 cup mold and chill this mixture for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Note: the pecans may sink a little while the mold chills, if it is essential to you that they remain evenly dispersed, chill the gel, in the saucepan, until it thickens lightly, but not so far to the point, that it becomes chunky or coarse, then stir in the nuts, and pack into the greased mold.
  • Decorate as desired.

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 packages (3 oz) or 1 package (6 ounce) raspberry flavored gelatin
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 medium apple chopped (Any will do. We like honey crisp.)
2/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional - tastes great if you choose to use them)

Steps:

  • Open can of pineapple and drain pineapple, reserving juice. Pour juice into a 4 cup liquid measuring dish.
  • Remove 1 Tablespoon of the crushed pineapple and set aside for garnish {if desired}
  • Add enough cold water to pineapple juice until it measure 3 cups; pour int a large saucepan.
  • Bring juice to a boil then remove from heat immediately.
  • Add gelatin. Whisk mixture at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add cranberry sauce and stir. {Gelatin mixture should be thick}.
  • Pour mixture into a large bowl. Refrigerate 15 - 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from fridge and stir in pineapple, apples and walnuts; stir gently.
  • Pour into a medium serving bowl. & refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely firm.
  • Top with reserved crushed pineapple just before serving.
  • Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

1 (3 ounce) package cranberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups ginger ale, chilled
2 cups green seedless grapes, cut in half
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • Dissolve both jellos with the boiling water in a large bowl. Gently stir in ginger-ale.
  • Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. Stir in grapes amd oranges. Transfer to a five cup mold that has been coated with non stick cooking spray. DO NOT USE A FLAVORED COOKING SPRAY or your mold will taste like that spray. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

1 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Place cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times to chop; process mixture until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into a large bowl.

0.5 (8 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Steps:

  • Spray a 4-cup gelatin mold or a 9-inch square pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  • In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine the raspberry gelatin and unflavored gelatin. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir with a metal spoon continuously for 2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Add the pineapple and juice, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Stir with a metal spoon until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
  • About 1 hour before serving, invert the mold onto a serving platter and allow to sit at room temperature; the salad will release itself and come clean from the mold.
