Chocolate Malt Coffee Creamer Food

CHOCOLATE MALT COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months. Use amount as desired stirred into hot coffee.

COPYCAT FRENCH VANILLA LIQUID COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well (or in a mason jar and stir up sweetened condensed milk as it will settle at the bottom, and then put lid on it and shake like crazy!). Store in the fridge. Will keep for approximately two weeks.
• Variations:
• a) Add 1 Tbsp cocoa and 1 tsp almond extract for a chocolate almond flavor.
• b) Add 1 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp orange extract for cappuccino.
• c) Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond extract for amaretto.
• d) Add specialty flavor syrups (from specialty coffee shops and the like) as needed for additional flavors.
• Please note that so far I've only tried the vanilla - and it's wonderful!

HOMEMADE CARAMEL COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup half-and-half, brown sugar, and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boil, without stirring, until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from water and placed on a flat surface, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining half-and-half and vanilla extract.

COCONUT MILK COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Put coconut milk, syrup, and vanilla extract in a glass jar with a lid. Shake to mix.

CHOCOLATE MALT COFFEE

Steps:

• In serving glass or mug, combine warmed chocolate milk, hot espresso, malted milk powder and syrup.
• Stir gently to combine.
• Garnish with chocolate whipped topping and shaved chocolate, if desired.
• Serve immediately.

CHOCOLATE MALT COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
• Stir until well blended.
• Store in an airtight container.
• To serve: stir 2 heaping tsp into 8 oz hot coffee.
• Yield: about 3 cup coffee creamer.

SUPER-DUPER COCOA-RIFIC COFFEE MALT!

Steps:

• Put the malted milk powder, cocoa, instant coffee, and sweetener in a tall glass. Add 2 ounces of hot water, and stir until ingredients have completely dissolved. Add 5 ounces cold water.
• Add soymilk, creamer, and ice, and stir well. Finish with whipped topping, if using. AWESOME!

CASHEW CREAM FOR COFFEE

Steps:

• Soak cashews in water for at least 8 hours, or hot water for 1-2 hours. Soak Medjool Dates for at least 1 hour in water. Drain Cashews and Dates. Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth. Will have to use tapper to push ingredients down while blending. Pour into container and keep refrigerated. Use as a coffee creamer.
• Will keep for up to 2 weeks.

CHOCOLATE-PEPPERMINT COFFEE CREAMER

Steps:

• Combine coffee creamer, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa powder in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Pour peppermint extract in slowly, with the processor running, until evenly distributed.
• Transfer into small jars and seal with lids. Attach instructions that say "Add 2 tablespoons to a cup of hot coffee, hot chocolate, or steamed milk."

SIMPLE TOFFEE FLAVORED CREAMER IN A JAR

Steps:

• Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or place in a food/blender processor and whirl until blended well.
• Store in a air tight container
• Note: Can add more brown sugar to your taste,if needed.
• To add to tag for serving (or use for personal taste)
• Add 1-2 Tbs.(or more to your taste) of mix to 1 cup of hot coffee and stir.
