5 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs (about 5 whole crackers)
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup fresh blackberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons butter; stir in cracker crumbs and sugar. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of two 4-in. fluted tart pans with removable bottoms. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm., In a small saucepan, combine the cream, cinnamon and remaining butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour into crusts. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour., Just before serving, arrange berries over filling; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Chocolate Berry Cups are delicious homemade treats. Simple to make and delicious, they are a perfect after-dinner indulgence or edible gift.

12 oz chocolate chips
1/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries

Steps:

  • Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it by heating it in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until chocolate is smooth and melted.
  • Stir pecans into the melted chocolate
  • Line a 12 cup mini muffin pan with aluminum liners
  • Fill each cup with the melted chocolate
  • Top each chocolate-filled cup with berries, pressing them into the chocolate so they are partly submerged
  • With a spoon, drizzle any remaining chocolate over the berries
  • Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm
  • Store the chocolates in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days

3 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed & divided
1 (9 inch) brownies, layer cut into 1 inch cubes (approx. 9 inches, baked)
1 pint raspberries (alternate measurement is 2 cups)

Steps:

  • Pour milk into large bowl & add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping.
  • Place half the brownie cubes into a 2 quart serving bowl or trifle dish. Top with half EACH of the pudding mixture, raspberries and remaining whipped topping. Repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  • OPTIONAL: Garnish with raspberries or fresh mint sprigs.

8 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
6 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING:
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and butter at 70% power; stir until smooth. Cool. , In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored. Beat in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; beat into egg mixture. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; set aside., For filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and white chocolate. Beat in the egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla just until combined. Carefully spread over bottom layer. Cut through filling with a knife to swirl. , Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. , Just before serving, fold whipped topping into white chocolate. Fold in strawberries; spread over dessert. Cut into squares. Refrigerate leftovers.

75g dark chocolate 70% grated
4 tbsp low-fat yogurt
2 large egg whites
2 tsp caster sugar
350g berries (try blueberries, raspberries, cherries or a mix)

Steps:

  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't directly touch the water. Once melted, allow it to cool for 5-10 mins, then stir in the yogurt.
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then whisk in the sugar and beat until stiff again. Fold the whites into the chocolate mix - loosen the mixture first with a spoonful of egg white, then carefully fold in the rest, keeping as much air as possible.
  • Put berries into small glasses or ramekins, then divide mousse on top. Chill in the fridge until set.

35 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
2-1/2 cups cold milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • Top dessert with berries. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over berries. Let stand 10 min. or until dessert is slightly softened.

2-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Cover bottom of 9-inch square pan with cake slices, cutting and piecing slices to fit. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread over cake slices.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
