Top a ready-to-use pizza crust with chicken breast and crumbled feta for an exceptionally hearty pie with the flavor of Greece.

1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
1 tomato, halved, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Place crust on baking sheet; spread with oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup mozzarella.
  • Top with chicken, tomatoes, feta and remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

1/2 cup diced cooked chicken (1/2 breast)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 -1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
green bell pepper, to taste (sliced or diced)
red onion, to taste (sliced or diced)
2 -3 Italian plum tomatoes, seeded and sliced
mint or oregano, to taste

Steps:

  • Lightly brush dough with olive oil.
  • Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
  • Season with fresh or dried herbs to taste.

1/4-1/3 cup your favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
1 -1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Fontina cheese (optional)
1/2 cup grated smoked gouda cheese (optional)
1/4 cup sliced red onion (sliced or diced)
1/2-1 green bell pepper (sliced or diced)
oregano, to taste
basil, to taste

Steps:

  • Lightly spread pizza dough with olive oil if desired.
  • Spread just enough sauce to cover pizza dough leaving 1/2 inch border around the rim.
  • Layer remaining ingredients.

1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup grilled chicken breast, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced and separated into rings

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Place pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Toss chicken with barbecue sauce; spoon evenly onto crust.
  • Top with feta cheese, onions and the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • BAKE 10 to 12 minute or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  • Let stand 5 minute before cutting to serve.

This quick, vegetarian pizza has a tomato-free topping but plenty of cheese and contrasting sweet onion

3 large onions (about 750g/1lb 10oz total weight)
2 garlic cloves
25g butter
2 tbsp olive oil , plus extra for drizzling
2 tsp caster sugar
200g feta cheese
2 big sprigs rosemary , needles stripped from stalks
2 pizza bases

Steps:

  • Peel, then slice the onions into thin wedges. Thinly slice the garlic. Heat the butter and oil in a large wok or frying pan, tip in the onions and garlic and cook over a medium-high heat for 15 minutes, stirring every now and then until golden. Stir in the sugar and cook a minute or two longer. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to fan 200C/conventional 220C/gas 7.
  • Put the pizza bases on two oiled baking sheets. Spoon the onion mixture over the pizza bases. Now crumble over the feta and scatter with rosemary. Grind over some black pepper and drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes and serve with a green salad.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 ounces tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Gently pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick; remove wax paper. Place 1 ounce of feta cheese in the center of each chicken breast, and fold in half.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons bread crumbs in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange chicken in the dish, and top with remaining bread crumbs.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
