FLAVORFUL CHICKEN FAJITAS
This chicken fajitas recipe is definitely on my weeknight dinner rotation. The marinated chicken in these popular wraps is mouthwatering. The fajitas go together in a snap and always get raves! -Julie Sterchi, Campbellsville, Kentucky

CHICKEN FAJITAS W/ ORANGE JUICE & CUMIN
I love cumin; its smokiness goes very well with chicken fajitas. The orange juice also gives this dish some depth. I serve w/ tortillas, lettuce, salsa, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Our I eat it on top of a bed of greens w/ salsa and cheddar... Enjoy! Also try pork or beef for some variation...

CHILI-LIME CHICKEN FAJITAS
I like to use my cast-iron skillet for this lime chicken fajitas recipe because it gives the dark sear that flavors the fajitas. If you don't have cast iron, a different pan will work just fine. We go pretty simple with our fajita toppings: lime wedges, cheese and a little sour cream, but you can add anything that you wish. -Ashley Lecker, Green Bay, Wisconsin

GARLIC ONION CHICKEN FAJITAS WITH LIME
The aroma of the lime is so good, and when you cook it it fills the kitchen and people come-a-running. I accompany this with southwest-style rice.
