- Bring water to boil in a saucepan. Add cauliflower; boil until tender, about 15 minutes. Strain cauliflower, transfer to a bowl, and mash with a fork.
- Stir almond flour, eggs, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper into cauliflower until well-combined; form into 1/4-cup sized patties.
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties in a single layer until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining patties and olive oil.

- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with Silpat (or aluminum foil).
- Cut cauliflower into small florets and steam until tender. (Or cook in boiling water for 10-12 minutes). Drain and squeeze out as much water as you can. Place in a bowl. Mash with a fork or a potato masher.
- Add he eggs, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir to combine. If the mixture appears too runny, add more breadcrumbs. If the mixture is too dry add more whisked egg.
- Using a small cookies scoop, form patties. Add a small cube of mozzarella to the inside. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes per side (until golden), carefully turning once.

- Cook cauliflower till very tender and separate and chop into tiny pieces.
- Beat the eggs. Add bisquick, cheese, garlic powder and cauliflower until blended.
- Heat oil to coat and large frying pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cauliflower mixture into the pan allowing room for patties to spread.
- Cook till brown on both sides and drain on plate covered with paper towels.
- Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder, and pinch of salt. Cut in 1/4 cup margarine and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water until mixture forms a ball. Shape dough into a log, and cut into 10 equal sections. Roll each section into a six inch circle (approximately 1/8 inch thick). Set aside.
- Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until soft and translucent. Stir in ground beef. Season with 1 teaspoon curry powder, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is evenly brown, stirring constantly. Stir in beef broth and bread crumbs. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat.
- Spoon equal amounts of filling into each pastry circle. Fold over and press edges together, making a half circle. Use a fork to press edges, and brush the top of each patty with beaten egg.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
