CHEESE CARROTS APPETIZER
Here is another recipe using that stand by for appetizers - cream cheese. This is tasty and pretty! If you prefer, instead of a carrot shape you can just roll these into balls. *Photo by Bing - I will post actual photo next time I make these!

Steps:
- 1. Mix cream cheese and carrot; season with salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Roll into miniature carrot shapes. Chill until firm. Stick a tiny sprig of parsley or small length of chive into each "carrot" to represent tops.

- Peel, rinse and finely grate carrots. (If you don't have a grater, you may get one here.) Place grated carrots into a small bowl. Add finely shredded cheese. Then add mayonnaise. Press garlic. Mix all together until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix it again
- Slice the baguette and lay the slices out on a platter. Spread one heaping tablespoon of carrot and cheese mix on each slice. Garnish with dill (optional but adds a marvelous taste and aroma). Serve and enjoy!
