Ingredients

5 to 6 green onions, chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits
1 cup slivered almonds
Crackers or chips for serving

Steps:

Mix onions, cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits and almonds together. Chill for two hours. Serve with Ritz crackers or corn chips.

Ingredients

1 lb bulk sausage
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (I substitute 3-4 garlic cloves, cook in the skillet with the meats and onion)
pepper
2 lbs shredded Velveeta cheese
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 -2 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)

Steps:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, ground beef, and onion (and garlic) until meats are browned and onion is tender; drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Serve warm with corn or tortilla chips.
**I usually pour this into a crockpot, on LOW, to keep this warm when serving to guests.

This is called man dip because I make it every time we get together with another family that has three sons, plus my brother and the two Fathers us women never get a bite! The men LOVE it!

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chili
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the chili over the cream cheese and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until hot and the Cheddar cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
