Steps:
- Heat oven to 250°F.
- Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
- Microwave caramels, butter and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
- Add popcorn and trail mix; stir until evenly coated. Spread onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 45 min., stirring every 15 min. Cool completely.

EASY CARAMEL POPCORN
This is habit-forming, it is soooo good and so simple to make, you can also use unskinned almonds or use whatever nut you desire --- you may also add 1/3 cup molasses for a stronger caramel flavor :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 250 degrees F.
- Put the popped corn in a large bowl.
- Melt the margarine (or butter) stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Then boil for 5 minutes WITHOUT stirring (this is important DO NOT stir for 5 minutes!).
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
- Add in the nuts and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture over popped corn in bowl; mix well with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Transfer to a large greased roasting pan, and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven then cool.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in a tightly covered tin box.
- Delicious!

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, cereal, pretzels and peanuts. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully stir in the vanilla and baking soda. Pour over the popcorn mixture and stir until coated.
- Divide the mixture between the prepared baking sheets and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes. Transfer the pans to wire racks and let cool completely, continuing to stir occasionally as the snack mix cools.
- Serve in individual bags.

- Line a 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, oats, almonds, dried cranberries, and cinnamon.
- In a small pot over medium-high heat, combine the honey, brown sugar, and salt. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves, stirring frequently to avoid burning, 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture to come to a low boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the honey and brown sugar mixture over the popcorn mixture. Using a rubber spatula, stir until the dry ingredients are well coated and beginning to stick together.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Using lightly moistened hands, press the mixture into the baking dish in an even layer.
- Set aside in a cool place for 1 hour to set, then cut into 12 bars.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Spray a large roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium-size microwave safe bowl, mix butter, white corn syrup and brown sugar. Place the mixture in the microwave and cook 2 minutes, or until butter melts.
- Place the cereal, pecans and almonds into the prepared roasting pan. Pour the melted butter mixture over the cereal and nuts and mix gently until the cereal and nuts are coated.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- As the snack mix is cooling, be sure to continue to stir so that the mix will not harden in one big lump.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Place popcorn in a large pot with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Over a low heat, begin to pop the popcorn. Constantly shake the pot to ensure that the popcorn kernels and oil do not burn. Once the popping has slowed, remove the pot from heat.
- In a large saucepan, mix butter or margarine, brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring this mixture to a boil (over a medium heat) while stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and do not stir for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and mix in baking powder and vanilla extract, stirring carefully.
- In a large baking pan, combine popcorn, pretzels, cereal and pecans. Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn mixture, stir to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture after the first 15 minutes have elapsed.
