Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice about 2 inches deep through the top of the bread and continue to cut a large rectangle, being careful not to cut through the bottom of the bread. Remove top of bread and hollow out middle to create a rectangular bread bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl until well combined. Stir in blue cheese, 3/4 cup Cheddar and 3/4 cup mozzarella, followed by chicken.
- Spoon Buffalo chicken dip into prepared French bread and top with remaining Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Bake on a baking tray for 35 to 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let bread sit approximately 10 minutes to set and slightly cool, then slice. Best served warm. Garnish with blue cheese if desired.
FRENCH TOAST FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, mustard and a few shakes of hot sauce. Set aside.
- Thin out the pancake batter a little bit with the milk. Set aside.
- Preheat a deep fryer to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, chili powder and paprika. Dip the chicken in the egg, then in the flour to coat. Fry the chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Place the chicken on a wire rack or paper-towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet set over medium heat. Dip the brioche slices in the prepared pancake batter and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
- Place a chicken thigh on one piece of bread, drizzle with some of the mustard sauce, and then top with another piece of bread. Repeat for the remaining chicken and bread. Spoon more mustard sauce over the top, then cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
WAFFLED BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST
No skillet-or stovetop-required for quick, decadent French toast. Waffling creates two textures: thin and crunchy and thick and fluffy, for variation in every forkful.

Steps:
- Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (to keep cooked waffles warm). Whisk together the milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs in a bowl or baking dish. Soak a piece of bread in the mixture for 2 minutes per side.
- Lightly brush the top and bottom of the waffle iron with butter. Place the soaked bread on the waffle iron and close gently (don't push down). Cook until golden brown and dry underneath when you lift a corner, 5 to 6 minutes. Keep the warm in the oven or covered with foil on a plate. Repeat with the remaining bread.
- Top the French toast with syrup, raspberries and confectioners' sugar.

Steps:
- For the batter: Beat all batter ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
- For the French Toast: Slice the baguette into 18 thick slices. Soak the slices in the batter for about 3 minutes, turning to coat evenly on each side. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Lift the bread from the batter and place it in the hot pan. Add only enough slices to fit easily in the pan. Saute on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm until all slices have been cooked.
- Place 3 slices on each plate. Drizzle with warm Bourbon Vanilla Custard. Garnish with chocolate syrup and Kentucky Bourbon Whipped Cream. Top with sliced strawberries and toasted pecan halves. Serve immediately.
- Heat half-and-half and whipping cream in a small saucepan over low heat, until the mixture begins to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Whisk egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch in a stainless steel bowl for about 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens and lightens in color. Slowly pour the hot cream into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Return the custard to the saucepan and place over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches 170 degrees F. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and bourbon. Serve immediately or hold over a hot water bath.
- Whip cream in well-chilled mixing bowl just until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and bourbon and whip just long enough to incorporate. Taste and adjust flavors. Chill until ready for use.

Steps:
- Whisk together eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Place bread in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold bread slices in a single layer. Pour egg mixture over bread; soak 10 minutes. Turn slices over; soak until soaked through, about 10 minutes more.
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry half the bread slices until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to wire rack; place in oven while cooking remaining bread. Wipe skillet, and repeat with remaining butter, oil, and bread. Keep in oven until ready to serve. Serve warm with pure maple syrup, if desired.
