Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350. Prep your baking dish for nonstick
- Start by preparing your topping. Mix together the flour, brown sugar alternative and cinnamon in a bowl. Then cut or work in the butter chunks. When you get lumpy chunks, you can set this aside.
- In another large bowl, mix together the sugar alternative, flour, and cinnamon. Then toss your apple slices in this bowl.
- Transfer the contents from the bowl to the prepped baking dish, spreading the mixture out evenly.Cover the apple mixture as evenly as possible with the topping from the first bowl.
- Bake this for 40-45 minutes. The topping should start to brown.

- In a large bowl combine apples, 1/2 cup xylitol, 1 tbs honey, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract.
- Stir gently with a toss like motion to mix up all ingredients and coat all the apple pieces.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Do not worry about spreading out, it will naturally.
- Place 2 tbs butter on top the apple mixture.
- The topping:.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
- Drop batter by the spoonful over the filling, spreading as even as possible.
- The batter will spread during baking.
- Bake for 1/2 hour at 350.

- In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add apples and orange juice; toss to coat. - Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Melt the margarine in 9 x 13 inch pan, only enough to cover the bottom, let cool Stir together flour, splenda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix in the milk and vanilla (the batter may be thick, don't add more milk or water!) Pour the batter into the pan over the margarine (don't stir).
- sprinkle with half of the cinnamon.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 degrees C).
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the apples, water, cinnamon, cornstarch and fructose. Cook until apples are soft and mixture is thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Pour the apple mixture into a casserole dish.
- Prepare biscuit dough by combining the whole-wheat pastry flour and baking powder. Add the oil and stir until well mixed. Add the honey and buttermilk; stir with a fork until flour mixture is moist. Add additional milk if necessary.
