- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook pasta in a pot of salted boiling water 4 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 2 minutes more; drain. Combine panko and 2 tablespoons Parmigiano.
- In a saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels. Add butter to pan; melt. Whisk in flour; cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer; cook, whisking, until thickened slightly, about 4 minutes. Stir in remaining Parmigiano, cheddar, artichokes, broccoli, pasta, and bacon; season to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with panko mixture. Bake until golden and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.

- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Combine the flour and salt on a plate, then gently press the chicken breasts into the flour mixture to coat. Shake off the excess flour. Arrange the chicken in the skillet and cook until browned on each side, about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, vermouth, garlic, bay leaf, and basil. - Spread the artichoke hearts on paper towels to dry them thoroughly.
- Place a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add three tablespoons of the oil, add the garlic and saute a few seconds. Increase the heat to high, add the artichoke hearts and saute for a few minutes, until they are lightly browned. Remove the artichoke hearts from the pan, draining them well.
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add the mushrooms and saute over high heat until lightly brown. Remove the pan from the heat and return the artichokes to it. Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and the remaining oil.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the fettuccine and stir once or twice. Cook two to three minutes after the water returns to a boil. Drain the fettuccine well.
- Briefly reheat the mushrooms and artichokes. Toss with the fettuccine in a warm serving bowl. Serve with the cheese passed separately.
