Bourbon Peach Iced Tea Food

PEACH-EARL GREY ICED TEA WITH BOURBON

Steps:

• Bring 3 cups water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add 8 Earl Grey tea bags and steep 6 minutes. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out the liquid; pour the tea into a pitcher. Stir in 2 cups each cold water and peach nectar, 1 cup bourbon, 1/4 cup peach schnapps, 2 tablespoons each sugar and lemon juice and 1 sliced peach. Chill. Serve over ice.

ORANGE BOURBON ICED TEA

Steps:

• Add the tea, bourbon, Clover Honey Syrup and orange juice to a pitcher and stir. Pour over ice in individual glasses.
• Combine the honey and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the honey dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

WHISKEY SPIKED PEACH ICED TEA

Steps:

• Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from the heat, add tea bags, and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Transfer to a pitcher, add peach nectar, and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
• Fill tall glasses with ice and then pour peach tea over, leaving some room at the top for the whiskey. Stir in 1 shot of whiskey to each glass and garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint sprig.
