BODACIOUS BROWNIES
My kids love them, they all ways want me to make them. I drizzle them with melted chocolate and vanilla-flavored candy coating. Delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar and cocoa. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture until just blended. Fold in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Spoon into 20 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla with mixer until blended. Spoon 1 rounded Tbsp. into center of batter in each cup, pressing down slightly into batter. Bake 30 min. or until centers are set. Cool.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP and cherries.

Steps:
- Microwave first 3 ingredients until melted. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold in 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup chocolate morsels.
- In a separate bowl beat remaining four eggs and add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add melted chocolate mixture and 2 tsp vanilla. Add 1 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate morsels.
- Reserve 3 cups of chocolate batter. Pour remaining chocolate batter into a 13 X 9 inch greased pan. Pour cream cheese batter over this. Top with remaining chocolate batter. Swirl with knife.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve with caramel and chocolate sauce. Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce on bottom of plate. Place brownie square in center. With chocolate sauce squirt dots around brownie. Using a toothpick pull through to make a swirl design.
- Chocolate Sauce: Bring cream to boil in heavy sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Place in squirt bottle to swirl into caramel sauce.
- Caramel Sauce: Melt butter in heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir constantly. After mixture boils, add cream and vanilla. Remove from heat.

- Stir cocoa powder and baking soda together in a mixing bowl.
- Blend in 1/3 cup canola oil.
- Add boiling water and stir until mixture thickens.
- Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining canola oil until smooth.
- Add flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and salt and blend completely.
- Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (don't overbake!).
- Cool.
- For frosting, melt butter, milk, and chocolate chips together in a saucepan, then add vanilla.
- Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread onto brownies.

So the world is divided between those who like their brownies cakey, and those who like them gooey. I'm in the latter camp, and this is the recipe (after about half a dozen) that I settled on a few years ago, as my best. - Preheat oven to 325. Take foil and line a 13x9 baking pan with foil (large enough to overhang so you can lift out the brownies. Grease the foil.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Melt the butter and chocolate in a medium bowl, (heatproof) over simmering water (or microwave)until melted. Stir often to combine. Whisk in vanilla.
- Whisk in the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, whisking in thoroughly. Then add flour in three additions, folding in with spatula, until batter is smooth.
- Move batter into the baking pan, even out the surface and sprinkle with the nuts. Bake approx 30-35 min. or until skewer comes out with a few crumbs attached. Cool for two hours before removing with the foil sling and cutting.
