  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
  • Combine beaten egg and milk in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in.
  • Combine Italian Bread Crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in. (I like to use a pie tin.)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese ((grated))
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 200°C/392°F and heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in a cast iron frying pan. You will transfer the pan into the oven so if you don't have a cast iron pan, use a regular frying pan but prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper and set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, mixed herbs, garlic powder and salt & pepper.
  • Press each pork chop in the mixture so that they are coated well on both sides and place directly into the hot frying pan.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes each side until the coating is crispy. Transfer the pan to the oven (or transfer the pork chops to the prepared baking sheet and place that in the oven) and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.

3/4 tsp garlic salt (divided plus additional)
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp whole milk
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
1/4 cup butter or light butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Liberally spray a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a baking rack with cooking spray. Line the baking sheet with foil, if desired.Set aside.

4 thick boneless pork chops
3 large eggs
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk eggs until well beaten. Set aside.
  • In a separate shallow bowl, blend parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, kosher salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt together with a fork. Set aside.
  • Dip pork chop in egg mixture (both sides) and then into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to coat pork chops. Repeat process and dip a second time in the egg, then again in the bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Repeat for remaining pork chops.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. For thinner pork chops, bake 25-35 minutes.
  • Allow chops to rest 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan and parsley for garnish. ENJOY.

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Beat together eggs and milk in one bowl
  • Mix together cheese, breadcrumbs and seasoning in 2nd bowl
  • Dip each pork chop in egg then into breadcrumbs
  • Then dip back into egg and back into breadcrumbs for a second coating
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes

1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • Whisk together egg and water in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, paprika, parsley, and garlic powder.
  • Heat a skillet to medium hot. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture.
  • Brown each side in olive oil in the hot skillet. (It takes 3-5 minutes per side.)
  • Place pork chops in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until pork chops are done. (A meat thermometer should read 145°.)

1 lb. baby red potatoes cut into 1x1 inch chunks (halved or quartered depending on their initial size)
3 tbsp. olive oil (divided)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
4 1/2 inch thick boneless pork chops (1 pound total weight)*
1 lb. asparagus spears (not too thick)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place the potatoes on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Use your hands to mix the potatoes around in the oil until they are all completely covered. Push the potatoes to one side of the baking sheet.
  • In a shallow dish or plate, add the parmesan, panko, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Place the pork chops on the open side of the baking sheet. Brush the top of the pork chops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spoon half of the parmesan mixture evenly over the pork chops. Lightly press the parmesan mixture down onto the pork chops making a crust. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Trim the tough woody ends off of the asparagus spears (I typically take off 1 to 1 1/2 inches).
  • Use a spatula to give the potatoes a stir and to make room on the baking sheet for the asparagus.
  • Add the asparagus spears to the open area of the baking sheet. Drizzle the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Use a brush to ensure the asparagus is well coated in oil. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan mixture evenly over the potatoes and asparagus. Cook for 20 minutes.
