JALAPENO POPPER DIP
This has all the flavor of jalapeno poppers in an easy to make dip! I have mixed the Parmesan cheese in with the dip and omitted the cracker and butter topping, but baked as usual, too.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- Stir bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, and jalapeno peppers together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
- Mix crackers, Parmesan cheese, and butter together in a bowl; spread over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

BAKED MOZZARELLA-JALAPEñO DIP
If you like extreme heat then throw in another jalapeño and some Tabasco, this could also be made omitting the jalapeño if desired, my family likes it really hot so I use 3 large jalapeño with the Tabasco :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl mix together shredded mozzarella cheese mayonnaise, fresh garlic, olives, onion, 1 jalapeño pepper and Tabasco (if using).
- Spread the mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with garlic salt, then remaining jalapeño pepper.
- Bake for about 20-22 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Serve hot or warm with tortilla chips.
- Delicious!

- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Spray 8x8 casserole dish and set aside.
- Blend cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add to cream cheese mixture: bacon, mayo (or substitute), jalapeños, cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese & diced onion. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to casserole dish. Spread evenly in dish.
- In a small bowl combine Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese & butter.
- Sprinkle all over the top of the dip.
- Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

- Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl combine the cream cheese with sour cream, pizza sauce, dried oregano, jalapeno pepper, fresh garlic and seasoned salt; mix until smooth and well combined.
