2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup Amaretto
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
ice cube
clementine, peeled, separated into segments

Steps:

Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice in pitcher.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
DO AHEAD: Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
Keep refrigerated.
To make 2 drinks, fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour in scant 1 cup vodka mixture.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Strain into 2 Martini glasses.
Garnish each with clementine segment.

1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 cup amaretto
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice (don't use concentrate)
Ice cubes
Clementines, peeled, separated into segments (optional)

Steps:

Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto and orange juice into a pitcher (likewise, I mix mine and then add to a cocktail shaker, filled with ice). Do ahead: Can be mixed one day ahead. Tip: We make ours in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice to make it cold a lot faster!

If you have a lot of cranberry juice cocktail sitting in the frig. you might like to try this drink! The local papers Wednesday food section has a mixed drink each week. This is a very good combination. It's one of my favorites!

2 c cranberry juice cocktail
1 c vodka
1/2 c amaretto liqueur
3 Tbsp orange juice
ice cubes
clementine segments, optional

Steps:

1. Mix cranberry cocktail, vodka, amaretto and OJ in a pitcher.
2. Cover and chill up to one day ahead.
3. To make two drinks: fill a shaker with ice cubes, pour in 1 cup of the mixture. Cover and shake.
4. Put into two martini glasses and garnish with a segment of clementine!
