Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Assorted fresh vegetables or potato chips

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with vegetables or chips.

Spicy and delicious -- just what you need to go with prime rib, pork, shrimp or even as a dipping sauce for steamed artichokes.

2/3 c reduced-fat sour cream
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

1. Stir everything together in a small bow. Chill 1 hour.
2. This sauce is wonderful with prime rib, steamed artichokes, pork, shrimp or even as a sandwich spread.

This is a zippy dip that will be a real crowd pleaser. Serve with your favorite chips, pita bread or cubed bread. You may add more horseradish for more zip!!

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
¼ cup prepared horseradish
1 pint sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine horseradish, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir well. Stir in bacon; cover and refrigerate one hour. Stir and top with parsley before serving.
