SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS
This is seriously a no-brainer! It is so delish! Great as an appetizer, breakfast item, or brunch dish! I also will freeze these in a large ziplock, pulling them out for a breakfast on the go. They just take a minute or so in the microwave if they're frozen!

SAUSAGE BALLS
Sausage balls are a classic party appetizer for a crowd and they couldn't be simpler--just mix, shape and bake. We've included thinly sliced scallions in our version for subtle onion flavor and a touch of color.

Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients and cheese together.
- Blend in the hot sausage.
- Spray cookie sheet (or rack) with non stick cooking spray.
- Use the measuring teaspoon to get an average amount of sausage and roll into balls.
- Place on cookie sheet. (I place them on a cookie rack and then put the rack over a cookie sheet so while they are baking the grease falls off of them, this also seems to help prevent them from burning.).
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Watch that they don't burn.
