Steps:
- Combine the carrots and the green and purple cabbage in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, cayenne and salt. Add more milk if you like the dressing a little thinner. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Add the parsley and toss again.
YUM YUM COLESLAW
A mom brought this to a luncheon for our school and it was amazing! It has become a standard in our house.

Steps:
- Melt butter in frying pan on stove top.
- Crumble the noodles and lightly toast in butter.
- Add in sliced almonds to butter to lightly brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels, set aside and let cool.
- Combine the cole slaw mix and chopped green onions in large serving bowl.
- Mix together the balsamic vinegar, oil, sugar and pepper until well blended in a separate container.
- Right before serving, combine coleslaw and noodles, mix together.
- Pour balsamic dressing over cole slaw and stir until well mixed.

- Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, zest, lemon juice, sugar, water, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots, scallions, and parsley and toss well. Chill, covered, 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Season with salt and pepper.
MMMM FAST & YUM COLESLAW DRESSING
Worked this one out in a hurry - have since used with both white & regular balsamic vinegar. White is sweeter & both taste great! I use Zatarain's mustard when I have it - have used brown & also bumpy mustard with great results!

This is a great side dish or salad item. I like to use spicy ramen noodles, for a more zesty flavor! This recipe is even better the next day!

- Put coleslaw mix in a large bowl; add crushed ramen noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions. Mix well.
- Pour vinegar into a jar and add seasoning packets from ramen noodles; cover jar and shake until seasoning is mixed into vinegar. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for flavors to blend, about 1 hour.

- Place cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Pour over Dressing, toss well. Set aside for at least 20 minutes before serving, preferably 2 hours - this will make the cabbage go limp as it should, and also draw moisture out of the cabbage and carrot to thin out the dressing. Overnight is even better!
