FAVORITE PORK CHOPS
My mom often served this dish when relatives were visiting. The night before, I'd watch her prepare the soy sauce marinade. As the pork chops baked the next day, the tantalizing aroma would fill the kitchen. It was always a hit! -Cris O'Brien, Virginia Beach, Virginia

- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses to a boil. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature. pour into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 3-6 hours., Drain and discard marinade. Place pork chops in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.

Though it may seem like a counterintuitive practice, extra flipping is the secret to the golden brown crust on these chops.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over mediumhigh. Season pork chops all over (including the fat cap) with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops until bottom side is golden brown, about 1 minute. Turn and cook on other side about 1 minute before turning again. Repeat this process, turning about every minute, until chops are deep golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 135°, 8-10 minutes (cooking time will depend on thickness of chops).
- Remove pan from heat and add sage, garlic, and butter, smashing garlic into butter. Tilt skillet and spoon foaming butter and drippings over pork chops, making sure to baste the fat cap as well as the rib. Transfer pork chops to a cutting board and let rest at least 5 minutes (pork will come to 145° as it sits).
- Cut away bone and slice pork about 1/4" thick. Serve with any juices from the cutting board spooned over top.
MY FAVORITE ITALIAN PORK CHOPS
A yummy recipe that I suited to my taste by compiling several recipes and pretty much the only way I eat pork! These always come out so moist and delicious! My husbands loves them as well!

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Combine eggs, milk, & sour cream in small bowl.
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese & parsley in small bowl.
- Begin heating olive oil in large skillet.
- Dip chops in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture (may repeat if you desire a thicker coating).
- Place chops in skillet and brown (appx. 5 minutes on each side).
- Place in greased glass pan and cook for 25 minutes or until done.

MY KID'S FAVORITE PORK CHOPS
This is a no-brainer. You can either cook these on top of the range or throw them into the oven on a low temperature. Serve with white rice.

Steps:
- Sprinkle pork chops with steak seasoning. Brown both sides in skillet. After the pork chops have been browned, remove them from the pan.
- Pour into skillet one can of beer. Stir around the beer until all the particles on the sides have been incorporated. Pour in barbecue sauce and place the pork chops back into the pan. Add onions and cover. Simmer on low for 1 to 2 hours.
