- Sift flour, baking powder, and sugar together in a bowl; pour in milk and butter and mix well. Stir eggs and vanilla extract into flour mixture until batter is smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or a baking mat. In a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer, combine the peanut butter and honey and beat until totally incorporated. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add the salt, soda, and flour, and mix until it comes together to form a dough. Shape dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough each) and place on the prepared sheet. Use fork to lightly press each dough ball down. Press a few chocolate chips on the top of each dough ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cookies become slightly golden brown. (Note: Be careful to not overbake! Honey burns much more easily than sugar). Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool.

- Mix or sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Beat eggs together in a medium bowl. Add bananas to the bowl and mash. Add milk, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir just to incorporate, being careful not to overmix.
