2 Weetabix
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup pear, chopped
3 tablespoons cashews

Steps:

  • Place Weetabix in a bowl.
  • Pour yogurt over biscuits.
  • Crush Weetabix with spoon and mix with yogurt.
  • Stir in chopped pear and cashews.
  • You can modify the type of nuts, fruit and flavor to suit your taste. I like to add ground flax for omega-3 and extra fiber.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 Weetabix
25g of porridge
240ml of milk
Optional: Fruit

Steps:

  • Add 150ml of milk to the Weetabix and leave to soak until the Weetabix is mushy.
  • Add the porridge and the rest of the milk and stir into the Weetabix.
  • Put the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and enjoy!
  • Optional: Add fruit if desired.
