10 cups water
1 cup cubed turkey breast meat, with bone, divided
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sea salt
3 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped fresh asparagus
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 (1.8 ounce) tub instant dry lentil soup mix
½ cup bean sprouts

Steps:

  • Place water, turkey breast bone, onion, garlic, pepper flakes, sea salt, and bouillon cubes in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer broth for 20 minutes.
  • Stir broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, turkey breast meat, asparagus, bell pepper, and instant soup mix into broth. Return soup to a simmer; cook for 10 minutes. Remove breast bone. Ladle soup into bowls; top with bean sprouts.

4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 package (6.9 ounces) chicken-flavored rice mix
1-1/3 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.

3 cups vegetable stock
3 cups chicken stock
6 cups water
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 large turkey breast (cooked or diced)
2 large onions (diced)
4 small potatoes (diced)
3 celery ribs (diced)
2 cups broccoli
1 red pepper
2 cups frozen green beans (cut)

Steps:

  • Placed all ingredients (minus the broccoli) in a large pot on medium high heat, boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
  • Add in the broccoli 3 minutes before serving. If you like mushy broccoli, add when you are ready to simmer for 10 minutes. The hot stock will cook the broccoli in the 3 minutes =).

1 (1 1/2 lb) cooked turkey breast, diced in 1-inch, pieces
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups durkee's French-fried onions

Steps:

  • preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • In 9x13 cake pan, spread the diced turkey on bottom. Layer broccoli on top of turkey. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and mayo and layer mixture on top of broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
  • Bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add durkee fried onions. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.

1 14- to 16-ounce turkey thigh, skinned, boned, diced
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
1 cup small broccoli florets
3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups canned low-salt chicken broth

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pastry sheet on work surface. Cut out two 3 1/2-inch squares (reserve remaining sheet for another use). Place squares on small baking sheet; pierce squares several times with fork. Bake until puffed and golden, about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, sprinkle turkey with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and sauté until brown, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Sauté until broccoli is crisp but tender, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle turkey and broccoli with flour; stir 1 minute. Add broth; bring to boil, stirring up browned bits. 1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter, cubed
4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the turkey, broccoli, soups and rice; transfer to a greased shallow 2-1/2 qt. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and French-fried onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Freeze option: Sprinkle cheese and French-fried onions over unbaked casserole. Cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 ounces of sour cream
3 cups cooked turkey, diced (or rotisserie chicken)
1 box of stuffing mix, prepared - or leftovers
2 cups of frozen broccoli - or fresh
6 slices American cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken soup, sour cream & turkey OR 2 cups leftover gravy & turkey.
  • Place the turkey mixture in a sprayed 8x11 casserole dish.
  • Microwave broccoli for 2 minutes in pouch or box. If using fresh, boil for 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain water from broccoli well. Sprinkle warmed broccoli on top of turkey.
  • Cover broccoli mixture with prepared stuffing.
  • Bake for 18 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with American cheese.
  • Bake for another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and devour immediately!

Preheat large Dutch oven or pot on medium heat and swirl oil to coat. Add onion and saute for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking into pieces and stirring with spatula. Add pasta, stock, salt and pepper; stir and level with spatula.
