TURKEY AND SWISS SLIDERS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice rolls horizontally (keeping them connected) and place the bottom half in the prepared pan. Layer on turkey and cheese.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter substitute, dijon, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion powder then spread half the mixture on the inside of the top half the rolls and place on top of the sliders in the pan.
- Brush remaining half of mixture on top of the rolls and sprinkle bagel seasoning on top. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, cut into individual sandwiches and serve.

- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm buttermilk and water. Place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a food processor; pulse until blended. Add shortening; pulse until shortening is the size of peas. While processing, gradually add yeast mixture and process just until dough forms a ball., Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Pat or roll to 1/2-in. thickness; cut with a floured 2-in. biscuit cutter. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Let rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes. , Preheat oven to 425°. Bake biscuits 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool slightly. Preheat broiler., Split biscuits in half; place bottoms on greased baking sheets. Layer with turkey and cheese. Broil 3-4 in. from heat 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Replace tops. If desired, serve with mustard.

These Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sliders are made with sweet Hawaiian rolls topped with a creamy honey mustard sauce, deli sliced turkey, Swiss cheese and a buttery poppyseed topping.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup honey mustard until combined; set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan.
- Spread half the honey mustard mixture on the bottom half of rolls.
- Layer sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on top.
- Spread remaining honey mustard mixture on the top half of the rolls and place on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1/4 cup honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
- Spread mixture on top of rolls.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
