CLASSIC FRUIT SALAD RECIPE

Steps:
- Wash all your vegetables that need to be washed
- Sliced the kiwi, watermelon, and cantelope - as well as the grapes if there will be young children
- Toss in a bowl and refrigerate with blueberries and kiwi
- Right before you are ready to serve it, slice the blueberries and fold in
- Serve immediately and refrigerate the leftovers
THREE RING SALAD

Steps:
- Whisk the vinegar, oil and salt and pepper together in a bowl with a tight fitting lid, then add the green beans, garbanzo beans, red kidney beans, and onion and seal with the lid. Shake gently to coat the beans. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper, and then refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in bell pepper, cucumber, mint, and parsley and gently fold in tomatoes, reserving some for the presentation. Transfer to a serving dish, arrange remaining tomatoes on top and garnish with parsley sprigs.
3 FRUIT SALAD
We have this at the holidays, like everyone else for 3 generations. It's very easy and very good. A good beginning job for the cooks that want to help. The faster you peel and chop the faster this dish is, lol.

Steps:
- Peel and chop oranges into bite size pieces.
- Core and chop apples into bite size pieces. Peel and chop bananas into bite size pieces.
- Add walnuts and salad dressing. Some people like more salad dressing, some less; you judge.
- Stir. Chill.
- If you have less people, just use less fruit.
- This is good in the summer time too.

Steps:
- 1. In a medium decorative bowl, wash all berries and place on paper towel to dry excess moisture off fruit.
- 2. Slice strawberries, sprinkle all berries with equal or confectioner sugar, let stand for about 10 minutes so the berries can absorb the sugar. Then mix yogurt and preserve in separate small bowl.
- 3. Top berries with yogurt mixture and place mint leaf on top for garnishment. Wallah!
