KALBI BBQ RIBS HAWAIIAN STYLE
This is one of our favorite things to BBQ, everyone here loves sweet meat. I have experimented for years, and this is the best, lots of input from friends, and it started from Korean recipes. In Hawaii, we have alot of mixed up ethnic foods. This is almost always served with steamed white rice and some potato-mac salad and some salted cabbage.

LINDA'S HAWAIIAN BARBECUE SAUCE FOR BARBECUE CHICKEN AND RIBS
This sauce is so good I entered it in the BBQ Sauce Cook Off 9/07. Use this sauce on ribs, chicken, pork chops, seafood... Heck, just about anything! It promises to give you the ULTIMATE in flavor. I used this sauce on ribs, and they are absolutely to die for, and the BEST ribs I have ever had the pleasure of making and eating... This recipe is heaven sent, especially for us rib lovers, using 3 racks of baby back ribs! I double the sauce, and use every last bit. Any sauce that may be left over after basting, you can spoon on ribs right before serving. Definately one not to be missed!

HAWAIIAN SPARERIBS
This recipe does wonders for pork ribs. My mother made it when I was a child, and now I make it for my family. This recipe is very rich but very filling. It goes great with mashed potatoes!

HAWAIIAN RIBS
I've had this recipe for quite a while and can't remember if it came from a magazine or on the internet. I do know these ribs are delicious! I usually have to double the recipe for my family because my DH could eat his weight in these ribs. Have plenty of napkins on hand...they're messy. Enjoy!
