orange Jell-O (Sugar Free works fine)
walnuts
apple
celery

Steps:

  • Make the jello according to package directions.
  • Chop 1/2 c walnuts (or pecans) and add to jello.
  • Cut up one apple in small cubes, add to jello.
  • Cut up 2 ribs of celery and add to jello.
  • Pour into a mold.
  • Chill and serve.

1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)

Steps:

  • Stir pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping together in a bowl; sprinkle gelatin mix over the top and stir until well-mixed. Refrigerate until chilled and set, at least 2 hours.

1 small package Jell-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1 small package Jell-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
16 oz Cool Whip
1 lb small curd cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can orange mandarins, drained
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Sprinkle small amount of Jell-O powder in Cool Whip and mix well. Do this for the rest of the dry Jell-O mixes.
  • Add cottage cheese, pineapple and mandarins to the Cool Whip/Jell-O mixture and mix well. Can add chopped walnuts if you wish.
  • Then refrigerate for several hours before serving.
