This is the most delicious salsa that doesn't require any cooking!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
½ bunch fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
2 serrano chilis, seeded and chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Combine chives, cilantro, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, salt and pepper to taste in an electric blender. Pulse until the salsa is to your desired consistency.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Make Cinnamon ChipsLightly spray both sides of tortillas; cut each into eight wedges. In a large bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon. Add tortillas; toss to coat. Arrange single-layer on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
