This is very good! It uses pineapple schnapps which I just happened to pick up some recently, although you could probably easily substitute a pineapple liqueur if you don't have schnapps handy.

PINEAPPLE-JALAPENO DAIQUIRIS

- Thinly slice 1 jalapeno (remove the seeds for less heat). Combine with 2 1/2 cups chopped pineapple in a shallow dish; freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. Transfer to a blender; add 3/4 cup rum, 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar, the juice of 1 lime and 1 1/2 cups ice and puree until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses; top with jalapeno slices and a cilantro sprig.

Like many daiquiris, a pineapple daiquiri might be too sweet for some people. Ginger adds heat and cuts the sweetness, so the drink has a more complex flavor and a spicy, warming bite. - Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch with soy sauce; toss with meat until all meat is coated. Brown in hot oil; when done drain.
- Drain pineapple reserving juice. Add reserved juice, vinegar, sugar, and garlic salt to meat.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 minutes.
- Dissolve remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch in water; add to meat. Cook stirring constantly until thickened and translucent.
- Add pineapple, heat through.
- Serve on a bed of cabbage.
