TOASTED ALMOND AND SWISS CHEESE DIP
Toasted Almond and Swiss Cheese Dip is served hot and features lots of gooey cheese, green onions, and a little spice. It's a delicious holiday or party appetizer that's sure to go quick!

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Toast the sliced almonds and set 1 tablespoon aside for a garnish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine toasted almonds, softened cream cheese, Swiss cheese, green onion, Miracle Whip, nutmeg, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a small baking dish or pie plate.
- Bake the dip for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Garnish the dip with the reserved toasted almonds and serve with assorted crackers.

- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard and garlic pepper blend. Add Swiss cheese; mix well. Stir in onions, bacon, 1/4 cup almonds and cranberries. Spread into a greased 1- or 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup almonds. Place on a baking sheet., Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with baguette slices.

Steps:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix mayo, onion, swiss and chives(or green onion).
- Cut out center of bread bowl and put mixture in the cavity.
- Tear the bread that was cut from the center into bite size pieces, and do the same with the other loaf of bread.
- Wrap the stuffed bread bowl loosely with foil and put it into a baking pan.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes.
- I usually uncover the top of the bowl for the last 10 minutes or so in order for the cheese dip to brown.
- Place the finished dip on a serving platter and sprinkle the torn bread pieces around it.
