SWEET-AND-SOUR SAUSAGE
This main dish is a nice change of pace from traditional sweet-and-sour meatballs. It's much quicker to make, too. For variety, I like to substitute a different kind of sausage, like spicy Italian.-Nova MacIsaac, Souris, Prince Edward Island

SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE BALLS
I was at a church yard sale and they were selling their cookbook. I have made this recipe several times and it's a hit. Thanks to the Grace Lutheran Church of Wenatchee, WA and Bonnie Landes who submitted to her church for the cookbook. You can certainly cut this recipe in half. Also these freeze well.

SWEET AND SOUR MUSTARD SAUSAGES AND MEATBALLS
A few months ago in one of the forums Zewbiedoo mentioned a basic recipe alternative to Grape Jelly Meatballs, so today I decided to give 'em a try. :) Her recipe was for 32 ounces apple jelly and 6 to 8 ounces yellow mustard. I, of course, had to fiddle with it and add other stuff. :) I made them for our gaming session and they went over very well, especially with those folks who really enjoy tangy, "mustardy" flavors.

SWEET SOUR SAUSAGE BALLS
Another Thelma treasure. It's hard to avoid standing over the chafing dish when these tasty meatballs are the centerpiece of the buffet. A very different alternative to the traditional ground beef cocktail meatballs. Your guests will rave over them.
