2 cream cheese blocks (8 ounces), softened
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 8 can (8 ounces) of crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups pecans, chopped, divided

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, green onions, green pepper, crushed pineapple, seasoned salt, and 1 cup of the chopped pecans.
  • Put the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to start to become firm.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and form into ball.
  • Put the remaining 1 cup of chopped pecan on pie plate, roll the formed ball in the nuts to cover the outside entirely.
  • Place the ball on the serving plate of choice, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until serving.
