Saving the recipe here because I like the formatting much better than the original post. I have not yet tried this recipe, but I am making it tonight, so I may be making changes in the near future.

Steps:
- Place the fruit in a baggie and seal, removing as much as air you can. Then mash with your hands.
- Add the Yogurt and Vanilla to your fruit mix bag, smoosh together your liquid ingredients and add to bread machine. Next add the dry ingredients, your butter, and the yeast.
- Close the lid. Set the Bread Machine for a 2-pound Wheat Bread Loaf.
STRAWBERRY-BANANA BREAD
Bananas and strawberries play nicely together in this sweet and tart quick bread.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan.
- Roughly chop 1/2 cup of the walnuts, and finely chop the remaining 2 tablespoons, keeping them separate.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, roughly chopped walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together the oil, eggs, vanilla and zest. Fold in the bananas and strawberries. Fold the oil mixture into the flour mixture until just combined (it's OK if there are some lumps). Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, and sprinkle the top with the finely chopped walnuts.
- Bake until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges, and let cool completely in the pan on a rack. The bread can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
STRAWBERRY BANANA BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan with butter and line the bottom and 2 sides with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and eggs. Stir in the mashed bananas, oil and vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture a third at a time and mix until just combined. Remove 1 cup batter to a separate bowl and stir in the strawberry preserves and half of the freeze-dried strawberries.
- Pour the plain batter into the prepared pan, alternating occasionally with a spoonful of the strawberry batter. Use a skewer to swirl the batters. Bake until a clean skewer inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (some moist crumbs should stick to it), about 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool completely, then remove the bread from the pan.
- Mix together the confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and remaining freeze-dried strawberries in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over top of the banana bread before serving.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees with rack in the middle of oven. Lightly butter one side of all the bread with 4T of softened butter. Set the bread, buttered side up, on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, hull and thickly slice strawberries. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 T sugar. Toss and set aside.
- When bread is toasted, reduce oven temperature to 325 and set a large roasting pan half filled with water on the middle rack to act like a water bath. Trim the crusts off the bread and slice diagonally in half to form triangles.
- Use the remaining 1 T butter to grease a 9x12 inch baking dish. Line the sides of the dish with pieces of bread, points up. Line the bottom of the dish with more bread. Stand the remaining bread, points up, wedged between the bottom slices. (Don't worry if there are some spaces in between the slices or if the pieces standing up are a bit leaned over).
- Scatter almonds and chocolate chips over the bread and between the slices. Lift the strawberries with a slotted spoon, leaving the juices behind, scatter them around the dish.
- In a large saucepan heat the half and half and the remaining 1 Cup of sugar over moderate heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- In a medium bowl, beat the whole eggs and egg yolks to blend. Whisk in vanilla. Remove the hot half and half from heat and immediately whisk into the eggs. Pour custard through a sieve into the baking dish. Set the dish in the rasting pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until custard is set.
- Remove from water bath and serve warm, room temp or chilled.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan, preferably glass.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir bananas, milk, and cinnamon in another bowl. Beat butter and sugar in a third bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture. Stir in dry mixture until blended. Fold in chocolate chips until just combined. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C and grease a 16 cup muffin pan or place 16 paper muffin cup liners in muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, oil, sour cream (or plain yogurt can be used) and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas, chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. - Heat oven to 350°F Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.

- PReheat oven to 350. Mash up the bananas, chop the strawberries. Add all your dry ingredients into one bowl: nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda, flour, sugar. Whisk well.
- Then add all the wet ingredients together in another bowl. Vanilla, eggs, oil bananas, strawberries (only half the strawberries. The rest will be added on top of the bread mid-way cooking!) Add in the chocolate chips but keep half to the side as well for topping. Same with granola if you choose to use it!
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together. Do not over mix! Pour mix into greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Option to pull bread out at 30 minutes to place extra toppings on top and return to oven and bake the remaining time.
