White Chicken Casserole Food
EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE
This flavoursome, low-fat chicken casserole is easy to make and freezes really well, so why not make double and freeze for speedy midweek meals

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chicken, then fry until lightly browned. Add the veg, then fry for a few mins more. Stir in the herbs and stock. Bring to the boil. Stir well, reduce the heat, then cover and cook for 40 mins, until the chicken is tender.
- Stir the beans into the pan, then simmer for 5 mins. Stir in the parsley and serve with crusty bread.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except bread and butter. Pour into a greased casserole.
- Combine melted butter and bread crumbs. Spread on top of casserole. (you could also use cracker crumbs if you prefer).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

WHITE RICE & CHICKEN CASSEROLE
This is a nice home cooked meal, on cold day. Wonderful that you can put everything together in on baking dish and you are done! In about 2 hours later it is done.

Steps:
- Combine the first 6 ingredients, spread in bottom of a casserole dish.
- Place chicken on top. Cover with tin foil and bake @ 325 for 2 hours.
- Take off the tin foil for hte last 40 minutes. If casserole gets dry, add water.
