2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip, sugar free

Steps:

Soften the cream cheese with the milk in a bowl. Beat in the lemon juice, lemon rind, vanilla, stevia extract, and honey. Whip until thoroughly blended and creamy. Blend in Cool Whip.
