Ingredients

1/3 cup cocoa or 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3/4 teaspoon liquid stevia or 1/2 teaspoon pure stevia
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (9 inch) baked pie shells
whipped cream

Steps:

In a saucepan, mix together cocoa, stevia, cornstarch and salt.
Stir milk in gradually.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Blend in vanilla.
Cool 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream before serving.

2/3 c splenda
1/3 c dutch-process cocoa
1/4 c cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
2 1/2 c 2% milk
1/2 c egg substitute
1 1/2 tsp butter
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 6 ounce reduced fat prepared graham cracker crust
1 8 ounce container reduced fat cool whip
optional garnish chocolate shavings

Steps:

1. Combine splenda,cocoa,cornstarch,and salt in a small small mixing bowl. set aside.
2. Whisk together milk and egg substitute in a medium saucepan. Gradually add splenda whisking until blended. Add butter and vanilla.
3. Cook over medium heat whisking constantly until mixture begins to boil. boi 1 minute whisking constantly., Remove from heat.
4. Pour filling into piecrust. Cover filling with waxed paper Chill 2 hours. Spread whipped topping over pie. garish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
