Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Fit a baking sheet with a wire rack and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Place the ground beef and pork in a large bowl. Add the diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, granulated garlic, egg, onion, 1 tablespoon pepper jelly and some salt and pepper and gently fold this mixture together.
- Using a small scoop, roll a tablespoon of the meat mixture into a ball. Place on the prepared wire rack and repeat until all of the meat has been shaped into balls. Roast the meatballs until slightly browned, about 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze. Combine the bloody mary mix, pomegranate juice, light brown sugar and remaining pepper jelly (about 3/4 cup) in a small saucepot. Boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the jelly has dissolved and the sauce has reduced slightly, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour into a large mixing bowl to cool. (The glaze will thicken as it cools.)
- Transfer the hot meatballs to the large bowl with the glaze and gently toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with the pomegranate seeds.

CHELLE'S FAMOUS SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
I make this using Recipe #196018. This is one of my family's favorites...even my husband's family (mother-in-law and her friends, sister-in-law, brother-in-laws, etc.) All seem to like these. I like to serve them with my Crab Wontons as an appetizer when serving to guests. ;) They go great in a crockpot for parties, bbq's, potlucks, etc. and I am usually requested to bring them!! Amounts can vary depending on number of meatballs you make. ;) ****You can add green pepper, red pepper and additional pineapple if you want more veggies - I usually don't unless I need to stretch it!

SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
This is my version of an old tried and true party and buffet recipe, the major difference being that cooking the meatballs in the sauce is what helps flavor the sauce, much better than using pre-cooked meatballs, and the homemade meatballs are better seasoned and taste much better than store-bought.

- DO NOT PRECOOK MEATBALLS.
- Combine jelly, chili sauce, soy sauce and ginger in a large deep skillet or serving pan over low heat.
- Stir until smooth and heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

These meatballs can also be made with ground venison instead of the ground beef - they're delicious either way! The recipe is great for parties or other social gatherings because it's simple to make and can easily be doubled.

SWEET & SPICY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
I am so sick of the standard sweet & sour meatballs with the cranberry sauce. So I started to play around in the kitchen & I think I came up with a winner. You surely could cheat & buy a store bought barbecue & add the rest of the ingredients, but it really is so easy that I wouldn't bother.

EASIEST SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

Steps:
- Mix chili sauce, grape jelly, and lemon juice in a medium sized saucepan.
- Sprinkle sugar over all and stir well.
- Cook till mixture liquifies.
- Form little meatballs (about one inch in diameter or larger, if you prefer) and drop into sauce, making sure you don't splash as it will be hot. (If you moisten your hands with water or oil the meat will not adhere to your hands as readily). Cover.
- Cook for 1/2 hour, but after 15 minutes, taste sauce and adjust, if necessary.
- These can be served with their sauce on a bed of noodles, or placed on a platter with tootpicks for appetizers without their sauce.
- Very tasty, easy and quick to make.
