1 package (25 ounces) frozen beef, sausage or cheese ravioli
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can (8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 bottle (8 ounces) taco sauce
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drain ravioli and rinse with cold water; stir into tomato mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Soak 1/4 thinly sliced red onion in ice water, 20 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, cook a 9-ounce package cheese ravioli as the label directs; drain and rinse under cold water. Whisk 1 tablespoon each olive oil and lemon juice, 1 grated garlic clove, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add the ravioli, onion, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped oil-cured olives and some chopped parsley; toss to combine.

1 pound ricotta and spinach ravioli
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
16 fresh sage leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 cup grated pecorino romano

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the ravioli and boil gently, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Drain and place in a serving bowl.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sage, paprika, and pepper flakes. Cook until the butter sizzles and begins to brown, about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the salt. Pour the butter sauce over the pasta and gently toss until coated. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

24 ounces sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (I had 16 ounce jars and used 1 1/2 jars)
1 (20 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies (do not drain)
2 teaspoons minced garlic (can use more or less)
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning (add more if desired) (optional)
kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Spread enough sauce to coat and cover the bottom of the pot.
  • Add frozen raviolis; spread around evenly.
  • Add undrained can of tomatoes.
  • Spread the rest of the alfredo sauce over raviolis.
  • Sprinkle with garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle parmesan evenly over the top.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours (if your crockpot runs hot check at 3 hours).
  • Serve with additional parmesan cheese.

1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Steps:

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine enchilada sauce and salsa. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. , Drain ravioli; add to sauce and gently stir to coat. Top with cheese and olives. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.

Steps:

  • for the pasta
  • place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center
  • crack the eggs into it mix until smooth add more flour if its too sticky.
  • take the pasta dough in each hand and knead.
  • you should be left with a strechy elastic dough
  • wrap in cling film and leave for 30 mins
  • for the mix
  • fry the lamb mince in a large frying pan for 10-15 mins until a light brown coluor
  • when cooked take off the heat slice the chilli and add to the tomato. then mix with the mince meat add enough so the mince meat is dry but covered completely by he sauce.
  • roll out the pasta so its thin
  • then cut into 4cm thick strips
  • then spoon in i tsp of the meat about 1/4 of the way down then dad water on the edge and fold in half. then cook in boiling water for 2-4 mins.
  • remove from heat and leave to cool for a few minuetes before serving on a bed of salad and sweetcorn
