Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey or 2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves
1 (796 ml) can plum tomatoes
1 (700 ml) jar tomato sauce
1 (540 ml) can kidney beans
0.5 (220 ml) can black beans
3 tablespoons hot chili sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Saute onions and garlic briefly.
Add ground meat and fry until cooked.
Add plum tomatoes, sauce, and beans. Stir until blended.
Add all spices and stir until blended.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
Serve on top of corn chips or with corn muffins on the side!

1 pound Italian seasoned ground turkey
¾ cup diced onion
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (5.6 ounce) package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice
2 ¾ cups water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Steps:

Brown turkey over medium heat in a heavy pot, stirring frequently and breaking up turkey. Cook until brown, about 8 minutes.
Raise heat to medium-high and add onions. Cook until onions are browned and caramelized, about 4 minutes. Add the fire roasted tomatoes. Stir to combine. Add the Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice, water, chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Stir to combine.
Bring chili to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until flavors have blended, about 8 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chili paste, and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Add the chopped bell pepper, white onion, and minced garlic. Cook until slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Next, add the ginger, stir to combine and cook for an additional minute.
Pour the sauce over the turkey mixture, and stir to combine. Allow to cook until the liquid is almost completely absorved into meat mixture and everything is well coated, stirring occasionaly. Add the ¼ cup cilantro and the juice of ½ a lime.
