3-2-1 MICROWAVE MUG CAKE

Steps:

• Pour both dry cake mixes into a gallon-size Ziploc bag.
• Zip it up tight and begin to shake it well to make sure cake mixes are combined thoroughly.
• To prepare: In a microwave-safe mug (you do not need to grease the mug), combine 3 tablespoons of the combined cake mixes with 2 tablespoons of water.
• Stir well until completely combined. Batter will get foamy as you stir.
• Then microwave for one minute. Top with frosting, if desired.

CLASSIC YELLOW MUG CAKE RECIPE

Steps:

• Melt butter (microwave for about 30 seconds) in a small ball whisk together Butter and Egg. Stir in Milk, Vanilla, and Sugar. Once completely mixed add the flour and salt, then beat until smooth. Pour into your mug(s), keep it JUST below the half way point of the mug you don't want it to over flow when heating. Microwave for about 1:45 - 2:30 depending on your microwave. Allow to cool down and bam you have an awesome dessert.

• Measure 1/2 cup of mix into a sandwich bag.
• Label this bag"Cake Mix.
• "Place the glaze mix ingredients into a sandwich bag.
• Label this bag"glaze mix" and attach it to the other bag with a twist tie.
• Place one bag cake mix and one bag glaze mix in each coffee cup and attach the baking instructions.
• Tip: Be sure to select a large mug that can hold 1 1/2 cups of water.
• The mug must be microwavable.
• Flavor Options: Lemon cake mix-lemon pudding, Yellow mix-chocolate pudding, Devils food mix-chocolate pudding, Pineapple mix-coconut pudding, Butterscotch mix-butterscotch pudding.

• Empty cake mix into cup.
• Add 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon.
