MUG CAKE WITH CAKE MIX

Steps:

• Spray the inside of a microwave safe mug with non-stick spray (you want to use a mug that holds at least 8 ounces). Add the cake mix, water, apple sauce and your preferred add-in and stir this until smooth.
• Bake in the microwave at full power for 1 minute.
• Allow cake to cool slightly before eating.

Steps:

• Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a mug and stir together.
• Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the mug. Stir in sprinkles.
• Cook in microwave for 70-90 seconds* (until cake is just set, but still barely shiny on top). Allow to rest in microwave for 1 minute before consuming.

• "Place the glaze mix ingredients into a sandwich bag.

• Place one bag cake mix and one bag glaze mix in each coffee cup and attach the baking instructions.
• Tip: Be sure to select a large mug that can hold 1 1/2 cups of water.
• The mug must be microwavable.
