- Thinly slice the lemons and the oranges and place in a large punch bowl. Pour in the thawed lemonade. Gently stir in the club soda and the sparkling apple cider. Add sugar to taste. Add ice.

- Put the fruit into a large pitcher and muddle lightly with a wooden spoon or muddler to release the juices. Add the grape juice, fill the pitcher with ice and stir. Top with seltzer and serve.

Pimm's, a British liqueur, adds a faintly herbal and tea-like flavor to this drink. For a virgin variation, omit the Pimm's and sparkling water, and mix the syrup with 3 cups cold-brewed white tea.

Steps:
- Place sugar, mint, lemon zest, and 1 cup water in medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool, then strain. Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour lemon syrup into large pitcher. Stir in strawberries, grapes, cucumber, and Pimm's liqueur.
- To serve, divide mixture among 6 ice-filled glasses, and top each with 2 Tbs sparkling water.

SPARKLING PINEAPPLE LEMONADE
Lightly fizzy with lots of flavour. My boys love it. I refrigerate it in a 2 litre(1/2 gallon) pop bottle - keeps the fizz in it. Ds#1 calls it "special juice". This would be great in a punch bowl, too. Just add the ginger-ale when serving.

- Put in the pop bottle.

- Slowly pour in the ginger-ale.
- Screw on the cover and LIGHTLY shake bottle to blend everything.
