Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 lb penne, cooked
1/2 cup basil, torn
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

In medium skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Add wine and half and half, simmer for 2 minutes.
Add sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir well.
Add basil and simmer for 1 minute.
Add cooked pasta. remove from heat,
Add cheese and stir.
Serve.
