SEMI- HOMEMADE MEAT SPAGHETTI SAUCE
I have been making this sauce since I was a CHILD. My mother used to make a similar version and I would experiment until I came up with my own version. Again nothing spectacular, but I have to say it's the best sauce I have ever tasted!

Steps:
- Brown Beef in an extra large sauce pan.
- When cooked throughly (do not drain unless there is excessive oil, other than that you need the beef oil for flavor)Put in 2 cans of sauce.
- Add all the spices and parmesan cheese. Bring to just a slight boil, lower heat and cover. Simmer for just 5 more minutes.
- Serve over your favorite pasta. You might need to add more salt to taste.

Steps:
- Heat oil to temperature in the pan! When hot, add 2 tbsp of the butter!
- Add delicious onion, and brown it. When onion is translucent, add the garlic until fragrant!
- Add meat! Delicious meat. Begin to brown meat with onions and garlic!
- Season meat with thyme, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce! The meat should taste strongly, so you can taste it through your sauce!
- Once meat is tasty and flavorful, and cooked, add the jar of Prego! You can use any sauce you want but I find run of the mill Ragu/Prego etc works the best so your meat flavor comes through! Combine with the meat and allow to reduce a bit, to let flavors marry.
- Serve over your favorite pasta! Tubbortons!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 to heat the ready grilled chicken breast fillets for 20-25 minutes.
- Boil water for rotini pasta, cook for 15 minutes. Save 1/2 cup of the cooking starchy water for the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in pan.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to heated oil, sauté until onions are almost browned.
- Add salt pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Add marinara sauce and cream, cook until it comes to a boil and add heated chicken into pan, cook for 5 minutes.
- When pasta is done, drain and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
- Place pasta, and the chicken and sauce into serving platter.
- I like to top mine off with some cheese and let it melt.
- ENJOY!
