Warm bacon in microwave as directed on package; chop into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

1 1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat cream cheese for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add sour cream and stir until smooth.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
3. Allow dip to come to room temperature and serve with your favorite chips
4. Refrigerate any unused dip.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Heat 25-30 minutes or until hot.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers and/or chips. Makes 3 cups.
*Serving option: Dip may also be placed in hollowed round sourdough loaf, wrapped in foil and heated in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
