Steps:
- Melt white chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is smooth.
- Beat butter and 1 cup sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer 5 minutes or until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until blended. Add vanilla, beating well. Add melted chocolate, and beat 30 seconds.
- Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in walnuts. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Freeze, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift together flour and baking soda.
- Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add toffee pieces to mixture.
- Mix creamed mixture and dry mixture together.
- Use rounded tablespoon to measure dough.
- Place dough at least 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- *If you have time to chill the dough before baking, do so! You will have cookies that are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.

CRISPY TOFFEE COOKIES
This is one of the crispest cookies around, and tastes delicious. I added nuts to a recipe I found, and now I can't get enough of them!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Add flour and baking powder to creamed mixture, stir until well incorporated.
- Add in toffee bits and nuts, and stir well.
- Drop dough onto greased baking sheet at least 2 inches apart, tablespoon amounts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies is brown.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes, and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
