Steps:
- Combine melted butter and prepared mustard. Stir until mustard is blended into the butter.
- Unwrap package of rolls; carefully separate dough into 8 pieces. Brush each piece with some of butter and mustard mixture.
- Place 1 Smokie on each dough piece; roll dough around sausage, being sure to start rolling on wide end of dough.
- Place rolled sausage on ungreased baking sheet, placing exposed seam on the bottom.
- Brush tops of dough with remaining butter and mustard mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 15 minutes.

SMOKIES IN BLANKETS
Steps:
- UNROLL crescent roll dough; separate into triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise in half to form a total of 16 triangles.
- SPRINKLE each triangle with a pinch of shredded cheese. Place 1 Little Smokie on each dough triangle and roll up. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the entire batch.
- BAKE at 350°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Take buscuits and cut them into three pieces in a lengthwise manner, with the middle piece bieng bigger than the sides. Then cut the middles in half width wise.
- Flatten out each buscuit piece into a rectangle, and roll up a lil smokie in each one. Make sure you roll them good and tight, or they could unroll in the oven while cooking.
- Lightly spray a nonstick baking sheet with a little bit of the nonstick spray.
- Place the lil "pigs" onto the sheet in rows about an inch or so apart.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
