1 fully cooked boneless ham (4 to 5 pounds)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained

Steps:

  • Place ham in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over ham, covering completely., Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours (a thermometer inserted in ham should read at least 140°).

This ham was a big hit at an Easter party a few years back. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since! It's simple since it only has 3 ingredients, but it's delicious nonetheless! I prefer to leave my ham whole once it's done cooking, but others have said they like to shred the ham into chunks and mix the cooked pineapple with it.

1 (6 to 7 pound) picnic ham
1 (15.25 ounce) can pineapple rings
1 (16 ounce) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Pepsi®)

Steps:

  • Place ham in slow cooker with the fattier side facing down. Use toothpicks to attach pineapple rings to the ham. Pour juice from the can over the ham. Pour the cola into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low 7 to 10 hours.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Ham is a must have dish on your holiday table. The crockpot makes the cooking process very easy while producing a super juicy and flavorful ham.

8-10 pound ham (spiraled )
1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon all spice

Steps:

  • Lightly spray an 8 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Pat dry the ham with paper towels, and then transfer it to the slow cooker.
  • Pour over half the can of the crushed pineapple including all the juice. Reserve the rest of the pineapple for topping when the ham is served.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice, add it over the ham. Scoop the mixture between the ham slices.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or high 1-2 hours.
  • During the cooking process, lift the lid a few times and using a ladle, pour the juices over the ham in order to keep it moist.
  • Garnish with the remaining pineapple and serve.

Steps:

  • Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together.
  • Cook on low heat for 3 hours or until completely heated through.
  • Serve by scooping sandwich filling on a large hamburger bun (or bun of your choice).

The weight and size of the ham does not have to be 7 lbs. This is a rather large ham, so feel free to use a smaller or larger ham, whatever you will need.

  • Pour the Mountain Dew onto the ham.
